Januar 2020 &#8230;es geht voran!<br \/>\n<\/h3>\n<p>\n\tNach nur kurzer Pause w&auml;hrend den Feiertagen herrscht auf der Baustelle des neuen Mehrzweckgeb&auml;udes bzw. unseres Feuerwehrhauses wieder reger Betrieb. Bereits letzte Woche waren viele Gewerke des Innenausbaus und der Installation auf der Baustelle. So waren teilweise Elektriker, Trockenbauer, Heizungsbauer und mehr gleichzeitig t&auml;tig.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tIn dieser Woche wird wiederum ein, von au&szlig;en deutlich erkennbarer, Teil unserer Fahrzeughalle installiert. Bereits nach zwei Tagen sind, wie im Bild erkennbar, die ersten zwei von vier Tore eingebaut.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/ffw-friolzheim.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/DSC_0526.jpg\" style=\"width: 300px; height: 169px;\" \/>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tBei den Toren handelt es sich, wie bereits beim alten Geb&auml;ude um Falttore. Die Tore sind pro Faltelement vollverglast und bringen damit viel Licht in die Fahrzeughalle. Es h&auml;lt jedoch auch hier der technische Fortschritt Einzug, denn die Tore werden (im Vergleich zu den Alten) elektrisch betreibbar sein.\n<\/p>\n<h3>\n\tBautagebuch &ndash; 22. November 2019: Der Stahlbeton-Rohbau steht!<br \/>\n<\/h3>\n<p>\n\tVor gut einem Jahr begann der Neubau des Mehrzweckgeb&auml;udes und damit auch unseres Feuerwehrhauses. Nachdem im ersten Schritt der Altbau abgerissen wurde ist nun seit dieser Woche ein weiterer &quot;gro&szlig;er&quot; Schritt vollbracht. Der Stahlbeton-Rohbau ist quasi vollendet und etliche Folgegewerke sind bereits voll bei der Arbeit. Auf dem Dach wurde schon die erh&ouml;hte Dachkonstuktion (des zuk&uuml;nftigen Ratssaals) gebaut, das Flachdach wird abgedichtet und in den Letzten Tagen wurden schon etliche Fensterrahmen eingebaut sowie deren Scheiben eingesetzt.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/ffw-friolzheim.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/DSC_0434.jpg\" style=\"width: 300px; height: 169px;\" \/>\n<\/p>\n<h3>\n\tBautagebuch &ndash; 12. Mai 2019: Erste Teile des Neubaus erkennbar<br \/>\n<\/h3>\n<p>\n\tNach einer ganzen Weile, in der vorbereitende Arbeiten stattfanden, gibt es nun sichtbare Ver&auml;nderungen auf der Baustelle. Auf der R&uuml;ckseite wurden in der vergangenen Woche die Kellerw&auml;nde betoniert. In dieser Erweiterung des Kellers wird zuk&uuml;nftig das Treppenhaus seinen Platz finden. In einigen Wochen wird an dieser Stelle der Haupteingang zum Feuerwehrhaus entstehen.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/ffw-friolzheim.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/IMG_20190505_155325.jpg \" style=\"width: 300px; height: 225px;\" \/> <img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/ffw-friolzheim.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/IMG_20190512_130627.jpg\" style=\"width: 300px; height: 225px;\" \/>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAuf der Vorderseite entsteht derweil die Kellererweiterung f&uuml;r den zuk&uuml;nftigen, barrierefreien Zugang zum Rathauskomplex bzw. die Verbindung zwischen Mehrzweckgeb&auml;ude und Rathaus. Auf dem Bild ist der Aufzugschacht bereits gut erkennbar.\n<\/p>\n<h3>\n\tBautagebuch &ndash; 25. Februar 2019: Alles eine Frage des Blickwinkels<br \/>\n<\/h3>\n<p>\n\tVon der Stra&szlig;e betrachtet mag der Fortschritt zur vorletzten Woche nicht direkt ersichtlich sein.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAus der Luft jedoch kann man dies deutlich erkennen. Man sieht das der Baufortschritt im Moment in die Tiefe geht.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tDie Pfahlfundamente im einstigen Hof und Unterfangungen am Rathaus sind im vollen Gange.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/ffw-friolzheim.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/DJI_0059.jpg\" style=\"width: 350px; height: 197px;\" \/>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tWof&uuml;r die Pfahlfundamente gedacht sind, wird deutlich wenn man den Bauplan &uuml;ber das Luftbild legt. Doch bevor das aktuelle Geb&auml;ude abgerissen werden kann muss noch eine gesamte Feuerwehr umziehen.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tDie Aktiven der Wehr haben in mehreren Arbeitseins&auml;tzen das ganze Equipment inkl. Autos, Umkleide, uvm. umgezogen. F&uuml;r die gesamte Zeit des Neubaus, sind wir im Bauhof in der Br&uuml;hlstra&szlig;e 60 untergebracht.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/ffw-friolzheim.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/IMG-20180908-WA0002.jpeg\" style=\"width: 400px; height: 226px;\" \/>\n<\/p>\n<h3>\n\tPlanungen<br \/>\n<\/h3>\n<p>\n\tDIe Planung zum Neubau der Feuerwehr &amp; des Mehrzweckgeb&auml;udes nimmt konkrete Formen an.
